The Trondson Family on Schaeffer Academy and Give to the Max
We send our kids to Schaeffer Academy because 5 years ago God opened a door to private education that we had never considered opening ourselves. New to Rochester, we started our journey down the path to public school, but God redirected us to Schaeffer Academy.
Our desire to have our children challenged in this rigorous learning, God fearing environment was great, but our budget was small. We were encouraged to apply anyway. We did, and were shocked when we were offered a scholarship that would allow our children to begin their 7th, 8th and 10th grade years at Schaeffer.
We consider everyday at Schaeffer Academy a blessing, an opportunity. Each school year we make decisions about what we are able to do with our resources and trust God to show us the way to go. And because of generous donations, two of our children have graduated from Schaeffer and our third child is set to graduate with her Schaeffer class this year.
We see the fruit of those who give to Schaeffer Academy everyday . . . in Liv, Isaac, and Johanna's lives. And we are beyond grateful.
So please help Schaeffer Academy continue to open their doors and welcome those who may find themselves in a similar situation to ours. Please support them financially on Give to the Max Day.
