Why is support from donors needed at Schaeffer Academy?

Schaeffer Academy is a Classical Christian School serving grades K-12 in Rochester, Minnesota.   Our primary purpose is to offer Christ-centered Classical Education which emphasizes Academic Excellence in the Liberal Arts.

Schaeffer Academy is not sponsored or supported by any church, denomination, or outside organization.  We are funded by tuition and donor support.  Donor support enables us to develop our campus and programs.  It also enables us to maintain a reasonable tuition rate and to provide financial aid for qualifying families.

Without donor support, we would have to charge much more  or offer much less.  Because we don't want to do either of those things, our goal is to raise $237,000 in donor support during the current fiscal-year:  July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024.

We would like to raise $100,000 of our fiscal year goal by December 31, 2023, and we'd like to get a strong start on that first $100,000 on Give to the Max Day, November 16, 2023.
